Mr. Klingler was appointed as a director of the Company on 22nd of April, 2022 upon completion of the acquisition of Evasyst. An attorney with more than fifty years of experience in the fields of tax, estate planning, and business law, Klinger spent the first half of his career in large law firms. In 1993, he co-founded Kopple, Klinger & Elbaz, LLP, which represents many family-owned businesses and their owners, a wide range of creators in various entertainment media, and executives of major entertainment companies. He serves on several nonprofit organizations’ boards and served for more than 10 years as the treasurer for two such organizations.
